Isn’t this just another job aggregator?
No. An aggregator takes postings already published elsewhere and puts them back in the window. Faro instead goes and reads employers’ real career pages every day, and gives each role an explained score against your CV: where you line up, where you don’t, and why it’s on top today. It also flags what to skip, like reposts you’ve already seen or roles that have been open too long.
Why pay instead of using a free scraper?
Because a scraper leaves you with a list to comb through by hand. Faro does the judgment part for you instead: it scores every role against your profile and drops whatever breaks your hard limits (location, salary and the like), and for the good ones it rewrites your CV to fit and keeps your applications in order. All of that runs on real infrastructure, non-stop and across thousands of boards, and someone has to pay for it: the price is what lets us keep it running without reselling your data.
How much is it?
From €4.99/month for Base, €9.99/month for Pro. There are also one-off Passes (pay once, nothing renews) if you’d rather not subscribe. The details are on the plans page in the app.
Can I try it without subscribing?
You can see the market and how scoring works straight away, for free. The feed personalized to your CV needs a plan: the one-month Pass is the cheapest way to really try it, and it starts no auto-renewal.
What happens to my data and my CV?
They stay yours. We use the CV only to compute the scores; you can export or delete it whenever you want, even on an expired plan. We don’t sell data to anyone, and that’s exactly why the service is paid for.
How are companies chosen?
We keep an eye on a curated list of European career pages and ATSs, not some generic index. And you can add the companies you care about: from then on Faro reads their jobs page every day.
